Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communications & PlanningDevelop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectivesBuild and manage an integrated communications calendar across channels and stakeholdersTrack, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvementLive Events & Trade ShowsPlan and execute live events (Incl. ACT, MED, etc.), trade shows, customer ride-and-drives, and technology daysCoordinate messaging and materials to ensure a cohesive brand presenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event impact and follow-up opportunitiesMedia & External EngagementsSupport media relations efforts, including press materials and coordination of interviewsIdentify and manage external speaking opportunities, including executive preparation and messagingEnsure alignment and consistency across all external communicationsContent Development & Social MediaCreate engaging content for social media platforms, aligned with brand voice and campaign goalsDevelop compelling narratives that highlight innovation, projects, and business milestonesManage content planning, posting schedules, and performance trackingInternal CommunicationsLead internal communications initiatives to inform and engage employees; Produce and manage an internal associate newsletterCoordinate and host PS-NA All-Associate MeetingsDevelop internal videos featuring leadership and associates to communicate key topics and strategic prioritiesMultimedia & Creative SupportCreate and edit video content to enhance communication effectiveness and engagementSupport presentation development and "beautification" to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual impactPartner with teams to develop compelling submissions for awards and recognitionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field1+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related role, including student experience Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiencesExperience with event planning, media coordination, and digital content creationProficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) and video editing toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teamsAnalytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting communication metricsAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Additional InformationThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between the range of $88,000 - $95,000, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process. In addition to your base salary, Bosch offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans; health savings accounts (HSA); flexible spending accounts; 401(K) retirement plan with an attractive employer match; wellness programs; life insurance; long term disability insurance; paid time off; parental leave. Pay ranges included in the postings, when included, generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, or additional benefits.
