Join Our Team! Cape Family Health is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Communications & Outreach Coordinator to support the Pulse Telehealth Resource Center (PTRC). This position offers the opportunity to help expand access to healthcare across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma through strategic communications, digital marketing, and community outreach. If you enjoy writing, social media, marketing, and making a positive impact in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As our Communications & Outreach Coordinator, you will: Develop and implement communication and outreach strategies. Create engaging content including newsletters, blog posts, flyers, success stories, and promotional materials. Manage and update the organization's website. Maintain and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms. Promote webinars, trainings, and community events. Collaborate with staff to share program updates, resources, and success stories. Track marketing and engagement metrics to improve outreach efforts. Represent the organization at community events and professional meetings.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with social media platforms and content creation Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
