Position Summary We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support three established companies serving public sector, commercial, and industrial markets. This hands-on role is responsible for digital marketing, social media, website content, print materials, market research, and selected customer outreach. The individual will work closely with ownership to strengthen each company's brand, increase visibility, identify new markets, and generate qualified business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing and Content Create and manage social media, email, website, and digital advertising content. Develop written content, graphics, imagery, and short-form videos. Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaigns across all three companies. Monitor website activity, customer engagement, inquiries, and campaign results. Manage email marketing, contact lists, lead activity, and campaign reporting through HubSpot. Website and Marketing Materials Maintain and update company websites, including product information, photographs, project examples, and company content. Develop brochures, product sheets, advertisements, presentations, direct-mail pieces, and other print and digital materials. Maintain a distinct, consistent, and professional identity for each company. Coordinate outside website, printing, photography, and advertising resources as needed. Market Research and Customer Development Research prospective customers, competitors, industries, geographic markets, and emerging opportunities. Identify new markets for company products and manufacturing capabilities. Develop targeted prospect lists and support professional customer outreach. Follow up on website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and selected leads. Support proposals, customer communications, presentations, and sales materials. Track lead sources, outreach activities, opportunities, and results. Company Coordination Work with ownership and employees to understand products, technical capabilities, current projects, and customer needs. Gather accurate product information, photographs, videos, and project examples. Manage priorities across three companies while maintaining an appropriate marketing approach for each . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field is required. Three or more years of relevant marketing experience. Hands-on experience using HubSpot is required. Experience with relevant Google marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, or Google Business Profile. Experience managing social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, and print materials. Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Strong writing, editing, communication, research, and visual-content development skills. Ability to create professional photographs and short-form video content. Strong initiative, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly. Manufacturing, industrial, business-to-business, construction, or e-commerce marketing experience is preferred. Work Arrangement This is a full-time, in-office position requiring regular interaction with ownership, employees, products, equipment, and active projects. Remote work is not available.
