You maintain a high standard for employee and guest experiences, focusing on highlighting what sets lloyd apart while educating audiences about our identity and core mission. This role owns lloyd's social media, content strategy, and communications. You'll handle everything from filming and editing videos to planning the editorial calendar and tracking data. You genuinely love creating content across different platforms and are passionate about utilizing the data to make decisions. You will create all event-related internal and external communications, as well as media relationships and public relations. What You'll Do Create a content marketing strategy plan, including social media, editorial calendar planning, and email marketing. Develop and oversee brand style guide for messaging and visual elements. Produce video content for social media and other streaming platforms. Take and edit photos for use across multiple platforms. Use established design templates to create various graphics for digital and print. Monitor social media engagement and analyze insights to report on content, as well as assess email marketing performance. Develop advertisements to drive sales and brand awareness. Where appropriate, analyze insights and provide reporting. Support POS loyalty program and customer data reporting with assistance from Customer Experience Associate. Manage public relations requests and events, including media relations and community relations, such as representing lloyd at local business association meetings, annual events, etc. Manage the lloyd creative asset storage system. Manage internal and external events, ongoing promotions, and communication of events. Who You Are 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation. Organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects. Passionate about social media and content creation. Talented writer and communicator. Up-to-date on social media trends and how to use them strategically. Comfortable working independently. Light design skills are a plus! Available for some evenings and weekends as needed.
