Job Description
Essential:
High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public speaking, preferably in a church setting. High comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel); proficiency in basic computer productivity applications (Outlook, Teams) and database software (DPO) Familiarity with basic IT areas of internet/Wi-Fi, audio/video, hosting virtual meetings, printers/scanners and TVs/projectors Ability to carry out multiple priorities within a team environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills Creative, flexible, and detail-oriented Working familiarity with MCC or similar organization Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record and eligible to be an MCC authorized driver as defined by policy, insurance, and legal requirements.Employment eligibility:

(EC)REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT
(100%)C HURCH AND CONSTITUENCY RELATIONS SUPPORT
(50%) Speak and/or represent MCC at churches and events Serve as the point person in responding to and funneling requests for MCC speakers, display tables, materials and resources from individuals and constituent groups, including churches, conferences, schools and retirement communities Serve as point person for logistics surrounding constituent groups' annual conference gatherings. This includes compiling information for annual reports, finding & registering staff representatives for gatherings, gathering display materials and compiling post-gathering reflections and reports. Research church and constituency groups and make strategic engagement recommendations to MCC staff Track church engagement and update church and conference contact information in MCC's donor database (Donor Perfect Online) Support church and constituency engagement reporting according to regional and organizational alignment Provide logistical support for storytelling scheduling and other speaking engagement toursCOMMUNICATIONS ADMIN SUPPORT
(40%) Serve as point person for gathering items for customized MCC displays and exhibits for internal and external events Ensure MCC communications materials, giveaway items, displays and office supplies are well-organized and stocked in the Ephrata office. Coordinate and distribute orders of MCC communications materials and giveaways to MCC staff and offices throughout the East Coast region. Ensure smooth flow of interoffice communication, including communication with other MCC offices. This includes processing mail and packages. Provide audio/video tech support for hybrid (in-person/Zoom) East Coast board meetings twice a year.EPHRATA OFFICE MANAGER
(10%) Oversee routine office administrative functions to support a tidy, welcoming and productive work environment. Ensure office operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate facilities and vendor relationships, process office-related expenses and maintain administrative systems Support meeting and event logistics and serve as a point of contact for office operational needs Serve as point person for helping colleagues with basic IT issues (wifi, printer, TV) in the office and refer staff to the IT department when neededSupervision:

Travel up to 30% within surrounding statesPhysical Activity/Demands:
Occasionally ascending or descending stairs/ladders or the like. Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another. Occasionally light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds. Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned. No regular exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Start Date 05 Oct, 2026- The start date is flexible dependent on candidate's availability. Term Length indefinite Salary Details Base salary: $20.83
