Role Description This will be a hybrid role based in the Chicago, with a mix of in-office (west loop) and work-from-home flexibility. This role supports the firm's marketing and brand efforts by coordinating campaigns, producing content, and maintaining consistent branding across presentations, digital channels, and social media. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the firm's social media presence and content calendar, producing and editing short-form video and other digital content, and coordinating with external creators and partners to expand the firm's reach and visibility. This person will also help plan and promote investor events, educational workshops, webinars, and seminars, support outreach and partnership initiatives, and track the effectiveness of marketing and content activities to inform future strategy. Regular communication with internal stakeholders and external partners (including creators, collaborators, and event partners) is expected to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging materials for external audiences. Experience with social media management and content creation, including short-form video production and editing. Comfort coordinating with external creators, influencers, or partners to support brand and outreach initiatives. Event Planning and coordination skills for organizing meetings, conferences, educational workshops, webinars, seminars, and investor-related events. Proven Project Management abilities to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives. Proficiency with standard office, presentation, and content tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, CapCut/Premiere or similar); familiarity with CRM or social scheduling tools is a plus. Interest in or exposure to financial markets, asset management, or hedge funds; ability to learn and communicate technical concepts clearly. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
