This role will serve as the day-to-day driver of project delivery, ensuring timelines are maintained, teams are aligned, and deliverables meet quality standards. The Coordinator will serve as a centralized resource responsible for coordinating workflows, maintaining tracking systems, and driving alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows for communications initiatives Coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and flag risks or delays proactively Maintain documentation, project trackers, and reporting tools Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization across projects Establish and refine project management processes, tools, and best practices to improve team efficiency Serve as a central point of coordination across departments, ensuring alignment and accountability Provide daily oversight of projects, including tracking milestones and deliverables, with an expectation to ensure project teams are on track to meet deadlines Recommend opportunities to innovate and advance the breadth and quality of work through the lens of project management, ensuring best practices are shared Implement project management processes and create project management tools, including intake and kick-off, routine project review and progress meetings and reporting Work with the Director and Assistant Director of Strategic Communications and Member Engagement to implement special projects. Qualifications 3-6 years of project management experience, preferably in a communications, marketing, or agency setting Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with project management tools Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Willingness to take ownership of work and exhibit a high level of personal accountability Understanding of and ability to articulate the role communication plays in project success Why Work at the League? A hybrid work arrangement is available that allows for two in-office and three work-from-home days each week. Expected hiring range starting between $55,000 - $60,000 annually dependent on experience and qualifications.
