Department:
Marketing | Probationary period: 1 month About the Role Build a reliable and measurable creator partnership process—from sourcing and outreach through visits, publication, and review—so our brands and stores consistently earn authentic, high-quality exposure. We are looking for an experienced PR and influencer partnerships professional who can independently source creators, evaluate their fit, manage collaborations, and improve campaign results. You should bring a proven approach to creator outreach and be ready to take ownership with a short onboarding period.
Responsibilities Creator sourcing and vetting:
Identify creators based on brand positioning, target audience, geography, content style, and store needs; evaluate account authenticity, audience fit, engagement quality, historical content, and brand-safety risks.
Outreach and relationship management:
Lead creator outreach, invitations, partnership terms, and deliverable alignment while building professional, long-term relationships and expanding local creator networks.
End-to-end execution:
Maintain a clear partnership pipeline and track confirmation, scheduling, store visits, content creation, review, publication dates, and final posting; resolve lost contact, delays, and rescheduling promptly.
Briefing and content review:
Communicate brand messages and deliverables clearly; review content for alignment with the brief, brand standards, and platform requirements.
Records and insights:
Maintain accurate creator profiles, communication status, visit and publication records, links, and basic results; turn patterns in response, fulfillment, and content quality into practical recommendations.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work proactively with the Marketing Project Manager, store teams, and the Data Team; surface resource, scheduling, content, or data risks early and support monthly planning and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience personally managing PR or influencer partnerships from sourcing through publication and performance review, with clear examples of your own decisions and results. Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other major social platforms, including creator content, audience fit, and engagement quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the confidence to negotiate and hold partners accountable for agreed deliverables. Ability to manage several active collaborations with organized records, clear priorities, and consistent follow-through. Sound judgment regarding content quality, account authenticity, brand fit, and potential risk. An independent, results-oriented working style: diagnose underperforming outreach or content, propose practical solutions, and adjust your approach without waiting for step-by-step direction. Preferred Experience Experience in restaurants, local lifestyle, influencer marketing, or international social media. An established local creator network or strong knowledge of creators in specific cities. Examples of improving response rates, visit completion, publication fulfillment, or content results. Experience with project management, CRM, influencer tracking, or reporting tools. Compensation USD $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated skills, plus our annual performance bonus program. Growth Opportunities As your results and leadership skills grow, opportunities may include Influencer Marketing Lead, Marketing Project Manager, or regional marketing roles. You may submit it as text, a slide deck, or a video link. Explain your specific contribution, the actions you took, and the outcomes you achieved.
