clients , so we are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience managing brand accounts and creating content. Candidates must be able to provide examples of social accounts they have managed as well as content they have personally created. This is not strictly a social media position. The role will also support influencer collaborations, creator outreach, media relations + general PR account work depending on client needs.

is a full-service PR agency based in Manhattan Beach (Los Angeles), specializing in media relations, influencer + creator collaborations, celebrity/VIP PR and social media management. This is a full-time hybrid position , with three days per week in our Manhattan Beach office + two days WFH. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with RAGDOLL PR and grow within the company.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

+ Content Manage multiple client social media accounts, primarily IG with some TikTok support Develop monthly social media strategies + content calendars tailored to each client's brand, audience + goals Plan, create, schedule + publish engaging social content including Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts + short-form video Write social copy + captions that reflect each client's individual brand voice Concept + create original content and identify opportunities using existing client assets Edit short-form video/Reels and create graphics using Canva + other relevant editing tools Stay extremely current on social media trends, trending audio, platform updates, emerging creators + cultural moments Identify trends quickly and determine how they can be adapted appropriately for different client brands Manage daily community engagement, including comments, DMs + proactive engagement Monitor account performance + analytics and make recommendations based on what is/isn't working Participate in content shoots + help develop shot lists, concepts + creative direction when needed Maintain a strong visual eye and ensure client feeds/content remain cohesive + on-brand Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while keeping calendars, approvals + deliverables organized Influencer

+ PR Identify, research + conduct outreach to relevant influencers + creators Manage influencer collaborations from outreach through execution, deliverables + reporting Coordinate organic gifting/seeding + product send-outs Build + maintain relationships with influencers, creators + relevant industry contacts Support media relations, including research, media list building, pitching + follow-up Assist with press releases, pitches, media alerts + other client-facing materials Contribute creative ideas to client brainstorms, campaigns

+ PR/social strategies Participate in client calls and communicate directly with clients as appropriate Prepare weekly/monthly client updates, reports, recaps + trackers Support day-to-day account management across multiple fashion, beauty, wellness, health + lifestyle brands

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3+ years of relevant experience in social media, PR, influencer marketing, communications or a related field Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands is required Must provide examples of social media accounts you have managed + content you personally created Strong understanding of IG, TikTok, Reels, Stories + short-form video Strong content creation + video editing skills Excellent eye for branding, aesthetics, photography + visual storytelling Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to multiple brand voices Deep understanding of current social trends, creators, pop culture + digital content Experience with influencer outreach, gifting, collaborations + creator relationship management PR/media relations experience strongly preferred Experience within fashion, beauty, wellness, health and/or lifestyle strongly preferred Proficient in Canva; experience with CapCut and/or similar editing platforms strongly preferred Experience with Cision, MuckRack, Influencer Intelligence or similar platforms is a plus Extremely organized + detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines + priorities simultaneously Proactive, resourceful + comfortable taking ownership of projects Strong written + verbal communication skills Positive attitude + ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, marketing, journalism or a related field preferred Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in our Manhattan Beach office three days per week

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
