Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Communication Specialist to support strategic marketing and communications initiatives for a growing clinical organization in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position will focus on shaping outreach efforts, strengthening visibility for expanding services, and helping drive patient engagement through well-executed campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, works effectively with a range of stakeholders, and is comfortable operating in a healthcare or other regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated communication and marketing initiatives that increase awareness of clinical services and support patient growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and internal partners to translate business priorities into clear, audience-focused messaging and outreach plans.
  • Create compelling written content for campaigns, announcements, promotional materials, and other communication channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, approvals, and stakeholder expectations are effectively coordinated.
  • Support communication planning for new clinic promotion and service expansion efforts, including targeted campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen both external messaging and internal communications that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Use reporting insights and available data to evaluate campaign performance and refine communication strategies for improved results.
