We're looking to expand our online presence and turn our repair videos into a revenue-generating machine through YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. No corporate structure here — just a fun, flexible, hands-on environment where your ideas matter. The Opportunity We're hiring a young, creative Gen Z talent to manage our social media content while helping out around the shop. This is perfect for someone building their portfolio, looking for real-world experience, or wanting an internship that can grow into a longer-term role with real earning potential.
What You'll Do:
Film and edit short, fun, viral-style clips (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and longer-form repair videos for YouTube Create engaging before-and-after, R&I (Remove & Install), and process videos that showcase our work Grow our social media accounts and help turn views into actual business revenue Answer phones, communicate with customers, and help with vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups/deliveries Contribute to a positive, fun shop culture while staying professional with customers Help brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas Hours & Schedule ~40 hours per week (full-time preferred, but we're open to part-time/internship) Flexible schedule based on workload — not strict 9-5 You'll be based at the shop full-time What We're Looking For Gen Z / young, energetic, and comfortable on camera or behind it Creative with video shooting and editing (phone + basic editing apps is fine to start) Outgoing, fun personality that can make content entertaining Reliable, good communicator, and customer-friendly No automotive experience required — we'll teach you the PDR world Bonus if you already love creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term (but open to temp/portfolio-building roles) Compensation Competitive hourly pay to start Big growth potential — as our social media grows and brings in revenue, we'll increase pay Performance bonuses and revenue-based incentives Tons of creative freedom and real responsibility Why Join Us?
