®, you won't just "manage content." You'll lead the strategy and execution of email, social media, video, and digital campaigns that connect members to the association's value. This hands-on, visible role lets you directly drive engagement statewide. Collaborate across teams, build integrated campaigns, and bring ideas to life through digital storytelling while shaping Arizona

®' online presence. What You'll Actually Do Think of this role in three buckets. Lead Digital Content Strategy and Execution Own the planning and execution of multi-channel communications across email, social media, video, and digital platforms Write, edit, and curate content for newsletters, campaigns, social posts, and member communications that reflect the Arizona
REALTORS
® brand Develop integrated content campaigns that connect programs, events, advocacy, and member benefits into a clear and engaging narrative3 Use tools like Canva and other digital platforms to create high-quality visual and written content that drives engagement Ensure consistency in voice, branding, and messaging across all digital channels. Drive Engagement Across Platforms Manage and grow social media presence through strategic content planning, posting, and community engagement Lead campaign development for events, programs, and member initiatives, including promotion, live coverage, and post-event storytelling Coordinate podcast promotion and support production and distribution efforts to expand reach and visibility Stay active in monitoring engagement trends and adjusting content strategies based on performance. Measure, Improve, and Evolve Communications Track and report on email performance, social media analytics, and overall digital engagement metrics Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and member value through data-informed recommendations Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing workflows across platforms Research and recommend emerging tools, trends, and best practices in digital communications and content strategy Partner with internal departments to ensure campaigns align with organizational priorities and timelines The Non-Negotiables (What We Need from You) We're not looking for a unicorn. We're looking for someone who's solid at these things. ✓ 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or multi-channel marketing ✓ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for brand voice and consistency ✓ Proficiency in tools like Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media management systems ✓ Experience with video editing and publishing for digital platforms such as social media and YouTube ✓ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at once ✓ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels ✓ Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when representing the organization publicly. $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
