This is a hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, people, and social media . You'll help customers find outfits they love while also creating fun, engaging content that showcases our clothing and brings new customers into the store. What You'll Do Sales & Customer Experience Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience Help customers find outfits, sizes, and styles that fit their needs Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business Meet and exceed sales goals Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Assist with merchandising, restocking, and new product displays Process online returns Content Creation & Social Media Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms Model clothing and appear on camera to showcase new arrivals and outfits Film outfit ideas, styling videos, product showcases, trends, and behind-the-scenes content Help brainstorm creative content ideas and social media campaigns Take photos and videos of new products Edit and post content consistently Stay up to date with current fashion and social media trends Help increase our online engagement and drive customers into the store We're Looking For Someone Who Is Passionate about fashion and styling Friendly, outgoing, and confident Comfortable talking to customers and making sales Comfortable being on camera Creative and naturally good at coming up with content ideas Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video Reliable, energetic, and motivated Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment A team player who takes initiative Previous retail, sales, or content creation experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
