Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Live Stream Operator to support livestream production, social media engagement, and e-commerce initiatives. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided and the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and team development. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop skills in livestreaming, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing and preparing livestream events
• Support live broadcasts and ensure smooth livestream operations
• Collaborate with content creators and hosts to improve livestream quality and engagement
• Promote livestream content across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Monitor livestream performance, audience engagement, and sales metrics (training provided)
• Respond to viewer comments, questions, and interactions during livestreams
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to execute campaigns
• Assist with improving livestream strategies based on performance data

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Chinese and English is required
• Strong interest in social media, livestreaming, and digital content creation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in livestreaming, social media, sales, or e-commerce is a plus but not required
