This role combines content creation, social media marketing, translation, and office support in a fast-paced plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice. Responsibilities Create Chinese-language marketing and social media content Assist with WeChat and Xiaohongshu / RedNote content Edit short-form videos ranging from fun, trend-driven content to educational videos Create graphics and promotional materials using Canva Assist with Chinese-language newsletters, promotions, and marketing campaigns Translate marketing materials and patient communication between English and Mandarin Help brainstorm content specifically for Chinese-speaking audiences Assist with filming and organizing social media content Support Mandarin-speaking patients when needed Assist the Director with marketing projects, research, scheduling, and administrative tasks Support general office operations as needed Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Strong understanding of Chinese social media and digital culture Experience with WeChat and/or Xiaohongshu / RedNote strongly preferred Proficient in Canva Comfortable with video editing Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends Creative with a good eye for visual content Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Strong communication skills Interest in beauty, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or social media marketing Available to work 2-3 days per week Previous marketing, content creation, translation, or medical/aesthetic office experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both Chinese and U.S. social media audiences and wants to grow within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
