We are a modern cosmetic dental practice looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow our brand, strengthen our online presence, and create content that showcases our practice, team, patient experience, and cosmetic dentistry services. This is a hands-on creative role . We are looking for someone who can develop ideas, capture photo and video content, create and edit Reels, manage our social media accounts, and help turn great content into increased engagement and new patient interest. Previous social media and content creation experience in cosmetic dentistry, dentistry, medical aesthetics, or a med spa environment is strongly preferred. Candidates should understand how to create professional, engaging content around treatments, patient experiences, before-and-after results, educational topics, and provider branding. Experience specifically with cosmetic dentistry is a strong plus. What You'll Do Develop and execute creative social media and marketing strategies Manage the practice's social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content and Reels Create high-quality photos, graphics, videos, Stories, and other social content Develop a consistent content calendar Generate fresh ideas to increase engagement, followers, brand awareness, and new patient interest Create content that reflects the aesthetic and high-quality image of our cosmetic dental practice Showcase cosmetic cases, patient experiences, office culture, technology, and our team Create and coordinate monthly promotions and marketing campaigns Manage Facebook and other relevant social platforms Monitor comments and messages and respond professionally and promptly Track social media performance, engagement, and analytics Help manage patient testimonials and referral initiatives Collaborate with the doctor and team to identify new content and marketing opportunities Stay current with Instagram trends, Reels, audio, content styles, and platform changes What We're Looking For Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally Strong Instagram and Reels experience Excellent content creation and video editing skills Ability to film and edit engaging short-form video content Strong understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement Experience with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar editing/design tools Understanding of Instagram and Facebook analytics Strong visual sense and attention to detail Creative, organized, and able to manage projects independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working with a team Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Previous social media management and content creation experience in cosmetic dentistry or a dental practice is strongly preferred. Relevant experience in the following areas will also be considered: Cosmetic dentistry or dental practices Medical aesthetics or med spas Healthcare marketing Creating before-and-after and treatment-focused content Patient testimonial and educational content Short-form video, Instagram Reels, photography, and videography Cosmetic dentistry experience is a major plus.
