Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator to join our creative team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience across multiple platforms. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help elevate our brand presence, boost engagement, and support our marketing initiatives. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns Create captivating content for social media channels and e-commerce platforms Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic Manage content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content pieces Edit and proofread all content to maintain high quality standards and consistency in tone and style Requirements Proven experience in content creation or related roles with a strong portfolio of work Minimum follower count of 1,500 on TikTok Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored for diverse audiences Ability to produce high-quality UGC content that enhances storytelling efforts Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Must reside in the Orange County, CA area and be able to work in-person. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
