Responsibilities Develop and execute compelling social media content strategies that align with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance content quality. Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting schedules. Monitor social media channels through social listening techniques to gauge audience sentiment and identify trending topics or potential PR opportunities. Analyze social media analytics and marketing performance data using Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and platform insights to optimize campaigns. Engage with followers through authentic communication, respond to comments, messages, and foster positive relationship management. Conduct keyword research for content optimization and implement SEO best practices to increase organic reach. Collaborate with the marketing team on paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to boost engagement and conversions. Track digital marketing performance metrics regularly to measure success and identify areas for improvement in content marketing efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles is preferred. Proficiency in graphic design and media editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software. Strong understanding of social media platforms' algorithms, features, and best practices for content marketing. Knowledge of SEO strategies, social listening tools, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics is essential. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer is highly desirable. Experience with public relations tactics and branding strategies will be considered a plus.
