About Us Easel is a leading women's wholesale fashion company serving retailers across the United States. We are looking for an energetic, creative, and fashion-forward individual to help grow our social media presence and connect with boutique retailers through engaging content and live selling. Position Overview We're looking for someone who is comfortable in front of the camera and passionate about fashion. This role combines content creation, social media marketing, and live sales hosting to showcase our newest collections and increase retailer engagement. Responsibilities Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Plan and schedule regular social media posts to increase brand awareness and retailer engagement. Host live sales once per week featuring new arrivals, pre-orders, best sellers, and promotional events. Try on clothing during live shows and confidently explain the fit, styling, fabric, and key selling points to retailers. Develop creative ideas for videos, Reels, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based marketing. Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and promptly. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote upcoming launches and campaigns. Analyze social media performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and sales. Assist with photoshoots and product videos when needed. Qualifications Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live videos. Confident trying on and modeling women's apparel. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for fashion and current social media trends. Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Shopify is a plus. Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar). Self-motivated, creative, and organized. Previous experience in fashion retail, wholesale, social media marketing, or live selling is preferred. What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality.
