Digital Lead - International Multimedia Journalist III United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Doral, FL Job Details 13 hours ago Qualifications Live event projects Editorial content writing Foreign language proficiency Engagement rate tracking Digital resource management Broadcast program development Live streaming Social media engagement tracking Social media post writing Content creation for general public Media performance reporting Digital asset management Mid-level Video content production Stylistic editing Technical troubleshooting support Broadcast studio equipment operation Video streaming Content review Broadcast program production Radio broadcasting projects Motion graphics editing Websites Media editing tools Broadcast program distribution Content publishing Full Job Description Primary responsibilities:  Assist with publishing and distributing digital content across web, social media, and streaming platforms.  Monitor digital broadcasts and online content to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.  Support live-streaming and digital production activities by setting up and operating broadcasting tools and software.  Upload, organize, and maintain digital media files, ensuring content is properly formatted and accessible.  Track and report basic audience engagement metrics and platform performance data.  Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with technical staff to resolve more complex problems.  Participates in the creation and development of regularly scheduled or special radio and/or tv programs and/or web and social media sections, as assigned  Contributes to production elements of programs and content for broadcast and/or web and social media, including fine editing of taped material, as assigned  As assigned, edits and approves copy and content prepared or written by others for broadcast and/or publication for inclusion in his/her assigned stories  Contributes finished products meeting standards to production elements of programs and content for broadcast and/or web and social media, including fine editing of taped material and static and motion graphics, as assigned  Contributes to teamwork, facilitating tasks of teammates, as needed  Meets VOA standards for productivity, quality, and meeting deadlines  Makes suggestions about policy and workflow improvements  Works independently or as a member of a team  Fluency in target language (written, spoken) and deep knowledge of the target area, plus the ability to adapt stories into English as assigned, within the time assigned  Other related duties as assigned About the Agency The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) is an exciting, multi-media, multi-cultural, global media agency that carries out all United States civilian international broadcasting.
