The Impact You'll Make As our SoaringBird Manager, you'll be the visionary and architect of our future. You'll shape our strategy, build our team, and forge partnerships that amplify our reach. Your leadership will ensure that cutting-edge AI tools are applied ethically and effectively to drive measurable social impact. What You'll Do Lead the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the organization from inception to scale. Build and nurture a high-performing, mission-driven team. Oversee the design and deployment of AI-powered initiatives—such as predictive analytics for community needs or intelligent platforms for resource distribution. Develop strong relationships with funders, tech partners, and community stakeholders. Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and transparency embedded in all projects.

• Represent the organization as its public face, inspiring trust, enthusiasm, and investment.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Help organize, develop, and present Soaring Bird courses, programs, and digital products, including supporting website pages, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Create and coordinate marketing content around courses, programs, digital products, launches, events, and other Soaring Bird initiatives.
• Help develop audience pathways that connect educational content, stories, and other marketing efforts with relevant Soaring Bird courses, programs, and digital offerings.
• Help grow and organize Soaring Bird's email audience and support newsletters, educational content, founder updates, stories, announcements, launches, events, programs, and company updates.
• Assist with email strategy, copywriting, content planning, scheduling, and audience organization, while identifying opportunities to increase engagement and re-engage existing audiences.
• Help develop and maintain consistent messaging across email, website, social media, courses, programs, and other Soaring Bird communications.
• Work closely with the founder to turn ideas, stories, and concepts into compelling content, programs, digital products, and audience experiences.
