Perks & Compensation:

$22/hour for 3 months as a Spherion Employee, then transition to the salary below.

Base Salary:

$48,000/year

Uncapped Commission:

1.5% of net online sales revenue from Day 1 with no baseline threshold

Total Earning Potential:

With current web sales averaging $80,000

• 90,000/month, you can expect an estimated additional $14,000
• 16,000/year in commission at current run rates alone-with no ceiling as you help push sales higher .

Responsibilities:

• Update and manage product pages, landing pages, and routine web fixes on BigCommerce
• Shoot and edit engaging product walkthrough and installation videos for firearms, chassis systems, and accessories
• Build and manage the complete Klaviyo email calendar, including promotional blasts, launch sequences, and automated flows[cite: 1, 7]
• Draft compelling product copy, touch up digital photos, and support digital marketing assets
• Track performance and collaborate on strategy to continuously grow online sales Working hours: 8:00 AM
