This position is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that elevate the brands of Isleworth Golf & Country Club and Isleworth Realty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, create and publish platform-specific content while maintaining a detailed, forward-looking content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives, events, real estate activity and key organizational priorities. Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content that showcases the Club, community, amenities, events, Member experiences, and real estate offerings across digital channels Track performance metrics, prepare regular analytics reports and leverage insights to optimize content strategy, audience engagement, and platform growth Assist in maintaining and organizing the department's digital asset library, ensuring photography and video content is properly archived, accessible and available for future marketing initiatives Help coordinate photography and videography needs, including scheduling external creative partners and managing content delivery to support ongoing marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Two or more years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Familiarity with social media management, scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools Availability to capture content during occasional evening, weekend, and special events as needed Additional skills A+ Photography skills and experience capturing events, lifestyle imagery, or real estate Knowledge of current social media trends, platform best practices, audience-growth strategies, and emerging content formats Familiarity with digital asset-management systems and photography and video archiving practices
