About Fitness Culture Fitness Culture is building the closest thing you can get to having a great coach in your pocket. Through training, nutrition, education, and accountability, we're helping people get stronger, healthier, and more capable. Now we want to build a social presence that matches the quality of the product we're building. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help lead that charge. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a content calendar and told what to post. We want someone who understands fitness, understands content, and wants to help build a brand. You'll work alongside our team, coaches, athletes, and Steve Cook to find the stories, ideas, education, and moments worth sharing, then turn them into content people actually want to watch.
What You'll Own Fitness Culture Social:
Own our presence across Instagram and YouTube, from content planning and publishing to captions, community engagement, and overall brand voice.
Content Creation:
Capture and edit short-form content around training, nutrition, coaching, education, podcasts, behind-the-scenes moments, and the people who make Fitness Culture what it is.
Ideas & Growth:
Bring ideas to the table. Find great hooks, formats, trends, and recurring series. Pay attention to what's working, learn quickly, and constantly look for ways to make our content better.
The Brand:
Help shape how Fitness Culture looks, sounds, and feels online. We don't want someone who just posts content. We want someone who takes ownership of the brand. Who We're Looking For You live and breathe fitness and healthy living. You understand the difference between fitness content that's actually valuable and content that's just adding to the noise. You know how to shoot and edit great short-form video. You understand Instagram and YouTube. You have a strong eye for content and can recognize a great moment, hook, or story when you see one. Most importantly, you're a creator. You're willing to grab the camera. Try the idea. Post the content. See what happens. Learn from it. Then make the next one better. We're not looking for someone who needs every idea handed to them. We're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to help build something. What Success Looks Like Fitness Culture becomes a brand people in the fitness space know, trust, follow, and want to be part of. We're consistently producing content we're proud of. Our audience and community are growing. Our coaches and athletes have a stronger platform. And our social channels are helping introduce more people to Fitness Culture and the coaching experience we're building. If you love fitness, love creating content, and want the opportunity to put your fingerprints on a growing fitness brand, we want to hear from you. Location This is an in-person position based in Boise, Idaho. You don't need to live in Boise today, but you must be willing to relocate. This role needs to be around the team, in the gym, behind the camera, and part of what we're building.
