The Opportunity As our Multimedia Content Specialist , you'll be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing high-quality digital content that strengthens our brand and expands our online presence. You'll oversee the production of the organization's branded podcast from concept through publication, including coordinating guests, recording, editing, writing show notes, and repurposing episodes into short-form content for social media. You'll also create and publish engaging content across multiple digital platforms, collaborating with internal stakeholders to tell compelling stories, highlight key initiatives, and connect with our audience through video, photography, and written content. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and stays ahead of emerging social media trends. What We're Looking For We're seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated professional with 2-5 years of experience in content creation, video production, digital marketing, or a related field.

Qualified candidates should have:

Experience editing video and audio using platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Riverside, or similar software Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms Strong videography and photography skills using both smartphones and DSLR/mirrorless cameras Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Flexibility to travel occasionally for content creation, events, or other business initiatives Preferred qualifications include agency experience, legal or professional services marketing, drone videography, graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator), or a background in journalism or storytelling. What We Offer Full-time position

Salary:

$50,000-$60,000 annually 100% on-site work environment Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events or special projects Periodic travel throughout the year as business needs arise

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
