Job Description

Robert Half's Marketing & Creative client is seeking two Website Content & Story Writers for an onsite contract opportunity in Hadley, MA. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM) supporting the creation of compelling digital content. This engagement is expected to run through the end of the year. The Website Content & Story Writer will be responsible for researching, writing, editing, and publishing engaging web content that strengthens institutional brand awareness, supports enrollment efforts, and enhances audience engagement across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Write and produce engaging web content including feature stories, profiles, articles, news content, blogs, and other digital communications.

Research, develop, and write student, faculty, alumni, and campus community success stories that showcase the institution's impact and value.

Conduct interviews to gather information and develop compelling story content.

Create content that supports brand awareness, prospective student engagement, and enrollment-related initiatives.

Update and maintain website copy across a variety of institutional web pages, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.

Edit, proofread, and refine content to align with established editorial standards, messaging, and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with writers, editors, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing content initiatives.

Upload, manage, and publish content within the Drupal content management system.

Optimize content for digital audiences, readability, engagement, and overall user experience.

Manage multiple content assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project timelines.

Support content planning and editorial efforts across various institutional communications projects.
