The ideal candidate understands what makes content perform on TikTok and can turn everyday moments into videos that people want to watch, share, and follow. You will work closely with our streaming and content team to develop ideas, film content, edit videos, and help build

TCG's presence across TikTok and other short-form platforms. Duties Create engaging TikTok videos centered around Pokémon TCG, products, live streams, community interactions, and

Develop creative video concepts, hooks, trends, skits, challenges, and recurring content series. Film content both independently and alongside our livestream team. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, funny interactions, product highlights, stream clips, customer moments, and other content suitable for TikTok. Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and other elements designed to maximize viewer retention. Repurpose livestream footage into engaging TikTok clips and short-form content. Stay current with TikTok trends, sounds, formats, memes, and editing styles and identify opportunities to incorporate them into

content. Write engaging captions, titles, and on-screen text that encourage viewers to watch, comment, share, and follow. Help develop and maintain a consistent

brand identity across social media. Monitor video performance, including views, watch time, retention, engagement, shares, and follower growth. Use performance data to improve future content and identify what resonates with our audience. Collaborate with livestream hosts and team members to create authentic, entertaining content. Help create promotional content for upcoming livestreams, products, events, and special promotions. Organize and maintain raw footage and completed content for future use. Proofread captions and on-screen text before publishing. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form platforms. Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, viral content, and audience retention. Experience filming and editing short-form videos. Familiarity with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar programs. Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other graphic design tools is a plus. Strong understanding of video hooks, pacing, storytelling, and short-form content structure. Ability to create content that feels authentic, entertaining, and natural rather than overly scripted. Comfortable filming people and working around livestreams and a fast-paced production environment. Strong creative instincts and the ability to come up with new content ideas consistently. Basic understanding of social media analytics and using performance data to improve content. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Reliable, organized, and able to meet content deadlines. Passion for Pokémon, trading cards, collectibles, gaming, or online communities is strongly preferred.
