Purpose:
The Digital Creative Manager manages and optimizes digital creative assets that support guest-facing digital ordering experiences across Self-Order, Self-Checkout, and Order & Pay platforms. This role is responsible for the quality, consistency, and technical accuracy of food & beverage imagery from creation through deployment, while exploring new tools and technologies to keep pace with a fast-changing digital commerce environment.
Essential Functions:
Maintains and updates food & beverage imagery across digital ordering platforms, including QR code Order & Pay technology, Self-Order Kiosks, Self-Checkout, and other digital commerce solutions Edits and enhances food & beverage imagery using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom) to meet platform-specific technical specifications, including aspect ratio, resolution, file size, and brand standards Leverages AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney and similar technologies) to generate, enhance, or supplement food imagery where photography is unavailable or impractical, while maintaining brand and quality standards Maintains the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library for food & beverage imagery, partner brand menu designs, and marketing assets, ensuring all assets are current, correctly versioned, and organized by brand and concept Develops, implements, and maintains DAM file naming conventions, metadata standards, and taxonomy structures to support efficient asset retrieval and governance Coordinates and supports digital, marketing, and communications functions across the team, including graphic design, photography support, presentation development, and other creative deliverables as assigned Collaborates with Operations, Marketing, Culinary, Information Technology, and brand partners to ensure digital menu content, imagery, and promotional assets are accurate, compliant, and aligned with established brand standards Evaluates emerging creative technologies, AI tools, and digital design trends and recommends process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, asset quality, and user experience Develops and maintains documentation, guidelines, and best practices related to digital asset creation, management, storage, and deployment across enterprise platforms

Creative Services Director Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment :
Education and Experience:
The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 6 years: In a leadership role: Preferred 2 years of experience supervising or influencing a team of creative professionals preferred In a technical role: Requires 6 years of experience engaged in developing and delivering graphic design, digital creative, or creative project management A bachelor's degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 3 of the 6-year requirement In the industry: 3-5 years of experience supporting digital commerce, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing brands Experience managing digital asset libraries or DAM systems preferred
Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney), and Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across platforms and deadlines Ability to interpret, apply, and enforce brand guidelines consistently across multiple partner brands and platforms Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate creative and technical concepts for cross-functional and non-creative audiences Business acumen and also has the mindset required to understand the long-term implications of digital planning and to advance the organization's goals Demonstrated history of understanding the needs of the business, stakeholders, the employee population and individual circumstances Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments
