Senior Multimedia Content Manager Full-Time | Buffalo, NY $65,000-$100,000 a year About the Role Buffalo Law is seeking a creative, fast-moving Senior Multimedia Content Manager to lead social media and digital content production. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing high-quality content that strengthens our brand across all major platforms. You'll work directly with our Sr. VP of Marketing, attorneys, and staff to produce compelling short- and long-form video, capture real-time content at events, and help build one of New York's most recognizable legal brands. Key Responsibilities Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Film, edit, and produce professional-quality video, photo, and audio content Write and publish captions, hooks, headlines, and social copy Capture content at firm, community, and partner events (evenings/weekends required) Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth Maintain an organized digital asset library Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure brand consistency Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in multimedia, social media, or digital content Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, and Audition Strong video production skills (cameras, lighting, audio, composition) Deep understanding of social media trends and platform best practices Excellent storytelling, communication, and project‑management skills Ability to work evenings and weekends for events Event Work This role requires in-person attendance at marketing and community events, including: Taste of Buffalo, Taste of Syracuse, Buffalo Bills activations, community festivals, charitable initiatives, and partner events with the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Bisons.
