About the Role We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and explicitly engaging Social Media Personality & Content Creator to become the face and voice of orangeonions across all digital platforms. In this role, you will elevate our online presence through compelling multimedia storytelling, go live on TikTok, Instagram, and other channels, build an active brand community, and execute strategic campaigns set by management. Key Responsibilities Live Broadcasting & On-Camera Presence:
Host dynamic, interactive live streams on TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms. Demonstrate products, answer live audience questions, host giveaways, and showcase our cozy and toy lines in an entertaining way.
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written copy that align with management's strategic plans.
Graphic Design & Multimedia Editing:
Produce eye-catching visual assets and dynamic video content utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
Account Management & Scheduling:
Utilize management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Community Building & Relationship Management:
Engage actively with followers through comments, direct messages, and live chats to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and loyal brand community.
Affiliate & Influencer Collaboration:
Apply your knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer outreach to support creator partnerships, co-hosted lives, and UGC (User-Generated Content) strategies.
SEO & Social Listening:
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility. Monitor social listening channels, industry trends, and competitor activities to continuously optimize content.
Paid Campaigns & Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing teams on integrated social media campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using platform analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing tools to measure campaign success, track ROI, and refine strategy.
Qualifications & Skills Proven Experience:
Track record in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation across multiple platforms.
On-Camera Talent:
Natural comfort on camera with proven ability to host live broadcasts and speak spontaneously. (Portfolio or video sample submission required).
Technical & Design Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing tools, and social management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
Affiliate & Influencer Knowledge:
Familiarity with affiliate link setups, commission structures, and managing influencer partnerships.
Data & SEO Driven:
Ability to interpret social analytics, track performance metrics (Google Analytics, native insights), and execute SEO/keyword strategies.
Strong Copywriting:
