Job Description

Own the content for a growing automotive group. We're a growing family of automotive businesses in Lima, and we're hiring ONE talented content creator to own the cameras, the edits, and the feeds across our dealership operations. Inventory walkarounds, customer delivery moments, behind-the-scenes at the shop, promotions, community events — you'll build the content engine that sells cars and builds the brand, with owners who actually invest in content instead of treating it as an afterthought. What you'll do:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content
  • Own the posting calendar and day-to-day management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business profiles
  • Shoot vehicle inventory: photo sets and walkaround videos that make listings stand out
  • Capture dealership promotions, customer deliveries, and community events
  • Turn raw footage into polished, on-brand content fast
  • Track what performs and double down on it What we need:
  • Proven proficiency in social media management (show us accounts you've run)
  • Strong video production skills: shooting, lighting, audio, and editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, Final Cut — your choice, results matter)
  • A portfolio or reel — non-negotiable; we hire the work, not the resume
  • Self-starter who can run a content calendar without hand-holding
  • Reliable transportation; occasional evening/weekend availability Nice to have (not required):
  • Your own camera/editing equipment (preferred but NOT required — we'll outfit the right person)
  • Automotive experience or genuine car enthusiasm
  • Graphic design basics (Canva/Photoshop) for promos and thumbnails
  • Paid social/boosting experience (Meta Ads) Why this job:
  • Full creative ownership — you're THE content person, not an assistant
  • Multiple rooftops and brands = varied work and a fast-growing portfolio
  • Creative freedom with owners who invest in marketing
  • Equipment provided if you need it To apply: Submit your resume AND a link to your portfolio/reel or accounts you've managed.
