Our sister brand, Nuvem the Label, is growing alongside it. We design, photograph and ship everything ourselves out of our local warehouse, and our social channels are how our customers find us. The Role We are looking for a Content Coordinator to own the day to day of our social content across both brands. You will be in our Tulsa warehouse and studio space, filming new arrivals, shooting launch content, editing it and getting it posted on schedule. This is a hands on role for someone who can shoot and edit their own work and keep two brands publishing consistently. What You Will Do Create Film and photograph new products, launches, restocks and behind the scenes content on site Shoot styled flat lays, product details and studio content Edit video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest Capture launch day content and turn it around quickly Plan Build and maintain the content calendar for both Fostered Collection and Nuvem the Label Plan content around launch dates, restocks and promotions Schedule posts and make sure both brands stay on cadence Keep a library of shot content organized and easy to find Grow Track what is performing and bring ideas based on what you see Stay current on trends, formats and sounds, and flag what fits our brands Work with our founder and marketing lead on campaign concepts What We Are Looking For Strong eye for photo and video, with a portfolio or social account that shows it Confident shooting on an iPhone and comfortable with a camera Skilled in editing apps such as CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom or similar Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, including what performs and why Organized enough to keep two brands on schedule without being chased Able to work independently and bring ideas rather than wait for direction Comfortable working with children and families on set Based in Tulsa and able to work on site Nice to have Experience with children's or lifestyle brands Pinterest and Tailwind experience Basic graphic design for stories and email Experience organizing shoots, including talent, styling and locations What It Is Like Here We are a small team, so your work is visible immediately and you will see the impact of it. You will work directly with our founder. There is a lot of room to shape how this role develops.
