Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

We are looking for someone to respect our brand, have consistent posting (3-4 times per week), create purposeful content, communicate professionally, respect boundaries, work toward results, track performance, and represent the business in a professional manner. Duties Develop and implement creative social media content strategies tailored to various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and campaigns. Conduct social listening to monitor conversations around our services, industry trends, and competitors to inform content creation and engagement tactics. Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster strong community relationships. Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively, boosting engagement and conversions. Capture weekly high-quality photography and video footage for use in social media posts, stories, and advertisements. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh, innovative, and relevant. Collaborate with the owner in the office a few hours during the week to discuss weekly plans. Skills Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and social listening tools. Expertise in creating engaging multimedia content including videos, photos, infographics, and written posts. Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including branding, audience targeting, and paid advertising like Facebook Ads. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and compelling. Knowledge of web analytics tools for tracking campaign success across digital channels.
