Position Summary The Digital Product & Learning Solutions Coordinator is a hands-on role supporting the continued development and growth of FEDLC's digital learning and workforce solutions. This position works across ecommerce, learning technology, digital content, CRM, reporting, and customer technology integrations to help turn FEDLC's products and ideas into scalable solutions that are easy for customers to buy, access, use, and manage. The role is designed for someone early in their career who is highly comfortable with technology, enjoys learning new systems, is organized and analytical, and wants the opportunity to grow into increasing product and technology responsibility as FEDLC expands. You do not need to arrive as an expert in every platform or technology; we are looking for someone who learns quickly, enjoys figuring out how systems work, and wants to build a long-term career at the intersection of technology, learning, customer experience, business growth, and AI.   • Coordinate and continuously improve the digital customer journey from discovery and purchase through enrollment, completion, certification, reporting, renewal, and cross-sell.
  • Help administer and optimize the Shopify + Docebo + HubSpot ecosystem and the workflows connecting ecommerce, learning, marketing, customer administration, and reporting.
  • Support Docebo configuration, including catalogs, enrollments, learning plans, certifications, enterprise customer experiences, reporting, and administrative workflows.
  • Implement FEDLC original digital content and third-party SCORM/content partnerships, including content loading, configuration, testing, launch, and ongoing catalog maintenance.
  • Work with Instructional Design, subject-matter experts, instructors, and business leadership to turn training and commercial priorities into effective digital learning products and learning paths.
  • Support ecommerce merchandising, product configuration, bundles, promotions, and opportunities to attach books, tools, and other products to training purchases.
  • Assist with enterprise technology integrations, including SSO, APIs, user provisioning, customer

connections, reporting/data flows, and credential-system integrations.

  • Gather customer and internal business requirements and help translate them into documented workflows, product requirements, and technology improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors, developers, implementation partners, and to test and launch new functionality.
  • Monitor digital revenue, ecommerce conversion, customer adoption, course utilization, reporting quality, customer friction, campaign performance, and other key digital metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate administrative work, improve the customer experience, and make FEDLC easier to scale.
  • Develop increasing knowledge of FEDLC's customers, products, training programs, technology platforms, and overall business model. Measures of Success

  • Increasing ability to independently own digital products and projects Compensation & Growth Opportunity This role delivers a strong base salary, along with an added performance bonus structure.

Performance incentives should recognize measurable contributions to digital revenue growth, ecommerce conversion, successful product and content launches, platform adoption, reporting quality, customer experience, integration execution, and other defined business objectives. This position is intentionally designed as a growth role. Qualifications

  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in digital products, ecommerce, learning technology, LMS administration, marketing technology, business systems, customer platforms, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong comfort with technology and demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Experience with an LMS or digital learning environment is preferred; Docebo and/or SCORM experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation, or digital customer platforms is preferred; Shopify and HubSpot experience are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, customers, vendors, technical resources, and leadership.
  • Comfort troubleshooting problems, testing solutions, documenting processes, and following projects through completion.
  • B2B, technical training, workforce development, compliance, skilled trades, or fire/life safety experience is helpful but not required.
  • Most importantly, a demonstrated desire to learn, take on increasing responsibility, and grow with the organization.

Work Environment This role is designed to be closely connected to the FEDLC team and the development of the business. The standard schedule is in office Monday through Thursday, with remote work optional on Friday. Travel is expected to be limited and primarily associated with enterprise customer discovery, implementations, partner meetings, industry events, or strategic launches. The position combines hands-on technology work, project coordination, digital product implementation, problem solving, analytics, customer experience, and business growth.
