Freelance Social Media Content Creator - Instagram & TikTok KND Glow is looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Content Creator to help grow our Instagram and TikTok presence. This is a 3-month independent contractor trial opportunity with the possibility of continuing if it is a good fit for both sides. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating social content, understands current trends, and is comfortable taking initiative. I do not want someone who needs to be told exactly what to post every time. I am looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table and help build the social media side of KND Glow. What You'll Help With Create and post content for Instagram and TikTok Develop ideas for Reels, TikToks, Stories, and product content Edit short-form videos Write captions, hooks, and hashtags Identify appropriate trends, sounds, and content ideas Repurpose content between Instagram and TikTok Help create product demonstrations, lifestyle content, tanning tips, behind-the-scenes videos, packing-order content, and other brand-focused content Occasionally meet locally to film content Review what content is performing well and suggest what we should create next What I'm Looking For I'd love someone who is: Creative and comfortable with Instagram and TikTok Familiar with Reels and short-form video Comfortable editing videos Proactive and able to come up with content ideas Reliable and easy to communicate with Comfortable working independently Interested in beauty, skincare, self-tanning, fashion, or lifestyle content Local to the St. Charles County area or close enough to occasionally meet for content creation Previous professional social media experience is helpful, but I am also open to someone who has strong personal content, a portfolio, school experience, freelance experience, or examples that show they understand social media.
