Multimedia & Social Media Content CreatorOverview We are looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Multimedia & Social Media Content Creator to help bring our church's vision, events, and community to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves photography, videography, graphic design, and social media and has a heart for capturing meaningful moments and creating content that connects people to our church. From Sunday services and special events to weekly ministry moments, you'll help tell our story through engaging and high quality visual content. This is a hybrid position , with a combination of remote content planning/editing and in-person responsibilities, particularly for Sunday services and church events. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photos and videos during Sunday services, church events, conferences, worship experiences, and ministry activities. Create engaging graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for upcoming services, events, and announcements. Develop and maintain a consistent social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube . Create approximately 2-3 social media posts per week , including Sunday content. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, testimonies, worship, community, and other authentic moments that showcase the heart of our church. Edit photos and videos into engaging content for social media, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook content, and YouTube videos/Shorts . Help promote upcoming church events through creative graphics, videos, countdowns, announcements, and other digital content. Collaborate with church leadership and ministry teams to understand upcoming events, campaigns, and content needs. Maintain a consistent and recognizable church brand, visual style, and voice across all platforms. Stay current with social media trends, sounds, formats, and strategies while keeping content aligned with the church's values and message. Plan and organize a weekly content calendar to ensure consistent posting. Monitor engagement and social media insights to understand what content connects with our congregation and online audience. Help grow our online presence and create content that encourages people to connect, attend, engage, and take their next step with our church . Qualifications Experience with photography and videography . Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube . Strong eye for visual design, composition, lighting, and storytelling . Ability to create engaging graphics and promotional materials. Comfortable filming in a church environment, including during worship services and events. Experience with video/photo editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar platforms . Strong understanding of current social media trends and short-form video content. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and ministry teams. Organized, dependable, creative, and able to meet weekly deadlines. Ability to work independently and manage content from concept to capture, editing, and posting . A heart for the local church and a desire to use creativity and media to help communicate the Gospel and connect people to the church community.
