As our digital audience grows, we are expanding our social commerce operations directly out of our physical Dallas-area space. Role Overview We are searching for an enthusiastic, camera-ready Social Media Content Creator & Live Seller to join our creative team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will be the main face of our brand across digital channels. You will go live on TikTok to demonstrate our DIY art sets, engage directly with prospective buyers, and drive instant stream revenues. During off-camera time, you will script, film, and edit engaging short-form video clips to expand our organic digital reach. Primary Responsibilities Conduct energetic TikTok Live streams focused on showcasing mosaic kits and closing real-time sales. Film and edit short-form social videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using mobile editing apps to drive daily engagement. Maintain a interactive live broadcast environment by answering customer questions and building brand trust on air. Prepare studio space, smartphone equipment, and basic lighting setups prior to going live. Analyze core live analytics (viewer retention, conversion rate, total revenue) to refine broadcast strategy. Partner with internal team members on promotional launches, seasonal deals, and streaming schedules. Qualifications Strong spoken English communication with an engaging, persuasive, and approachable camera presence. Direct experience in live selling, on-camera hosting, or short-form content creation ( video links/portfolio required ). Proven ability to drive product sales using persuasive presentation and natural storytelling. Ability to work on-site at our studio space in Carrollton, TX for broadcasts and recording sessions. Familiarity with mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot) and basic studio camera setup. Clear understanding of current TikTok viral formats, live commerce tactics, and video trends.
