Twelve ÖÖD mirror houses on 30 lakefront acres near Lake Livingston, plus a dog park, a dog spa, and a café called Sit. Stay. Eat. Our tagline is "Luxury has gone to the dogs," and we mean it. The dogs are the main characters here. The humans are staff. Read this part before you apply We already have someone shooting the beautiful stuff. Sweeping drone shots, golden hour, glossy brand film. That job is filled. This job is the funny one. We want characters, running jokes, and series people come back for. A dog who hates the $300 bed and sleeps on the floor. A front desk that takes orders from a Frenchie. A build site supervised by a golden retriever who contributes nothing. If your reel is set to sad piano music, we are not the right fit. If your camera roll is full of videos your friends actually sent to other friends, keep reading. The schedule One day a week on property in Goodrich, shooting. One day a week from home, editing and posting. Minimum two published videos per week. What you will do

• Build and run recurring series, not one-off posts. We want formats people recognize by the third episode
• Shoot one full day a week on site, enough footage to feed two weeks
• Film three or four versions of every hook so we can test which one wins
• Edit and publish at least two videos a week to Instagram and TikTok
• Write the jokes. Captions, on-screen text, and voiceover are yours
• Upload raw footage to our drive within five days of each shoot
• Tell us what each post did and what you learned Series we are already thinking about, to show you the range
• Dog check-in interviews, where we ask the questions and the subtitles answer
• Five star reviews written by dogs who slept on the bathroom floor instead of the bed
• Fetch Club tryouts, called like a sports broadcast
• A construction site supervised by a dog who does not care
• Amenity rankings, judged entirely by the dogs: stock tank pool, scent garden, room service Bring us better ones. That is most of the job. What we are looking for
• Original funny videos you wrote, shot, and posted yourself, with the numbers behind them
• Someone who can land a joke in the first two seconds
• Your own camera or phone setup and editing software. Phone footage is completely fine here
• Comfortable around loose dogs, and willing to let a dog wreck the shot if it is funnier
• Reliable transportation to Goodrich, about an hour north of Kingwood on 59
• Early morning and weekend availability, since that is when the dogs are at their worst and their best Pay $250 per shoot day, four days a month.

$60 per published video, two a week minimum, extras billed as you go. That runs about $1,480 a month. After 30 days we add a $50 bonus for any video that beats our rolling 30 day median views, capped at $200 a month. Paid as a 1099 contractor. First step is one paid test shoot day at the day rate.
