We aren't looking for someone to simply post on Instagram, we're looking for someone who can tell our story through engaging, high quality content. What You'll Do Create photo and video content inside our café Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos, and short-form content Photograph drinks, pastries, customers, and behind-the-scenes moments Plan and execute a monthly content calendar Write engaging captions and schedule posts Respond to trends while maintaining our brand voice Work with ownership on promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements Occasionally capture content at events and community partnerships Requirements Experience creating content for businesses Strong photography and videography skills Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar editing software Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Excellent communication skills Highly organized and dependable Must be comfortable working independently Must be able to consistently meet deadlines What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who loves creating content and understands how to grow a brand through authentic storytelling, not over edited, generic posts.
