We're looking for a Social Media & Creative Coordinator to join our creative team and help bring our brand to life. We're searching for someone who understands what resonates with today's moms and can create authentic, engaging content that inspires families. This role goes beyond social media—you'll help shape our brand's storytelling by creating content, supporting photoshoots, coordinating with influencers and content creators, and ensuring every campaign reflects the heart of Larkspur Baby. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media Create engaging, relatable content for Instagram and TikTok that connects with moms and young families. Film, edit, and publish Reels, Stories, TikToks, and lifestyle content that aligns with our brand. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, sounds, and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging. Assist in planning and executing the social media content calendar. Creative Coordination Brainstorm and execute creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives. Ensure all content maintains Larkspur Baby's brand identity, tone, and visual aesthetic. Review and organize content for publication across multiple platforms. Photoshoot Coordination & Support Schedule and coordinate product and lifestyle photoshoots. Assist during photoshoots by preparing products, styling outfits, organizing props, and supporting the creative team. Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media. Comfortably work with infants, toddlers, and families during photoshoots , helping create a positive and enjoyable experience. Influencer & Creator Management Coordinate with influencers and content creators throughout campaign execution. Communicate campaign guidelines, timelines, and creative expectations. Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with the Larkspur Baby brand. Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Qualifications Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram. Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices. Comfortable filming and editing videos using a smartphone and editing software such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Creative eye for photography, styling, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working collaboratively with a creative team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with influencer or creator partnerships. Photography or styling experience. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, baby, or children's brands is a plus.
