Full-time Pay:
$45,000 - $65,000 per year Humble Crew Auto Spa is a paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, and paint correction shop in Plano, working almost entirely on luxury and performance cars. This is the shop's only media role: shooting in the bays, editing, publishing, and making sure the work actually gets seen. The job Long-form videos documenting full installs. Short vertical cuts for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Captions, and a publishing schedule that holds week to week. Distribution counts as much as production. That means YouTube titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags built for search and click-through, keyword-driven captions for in-app search on Instagram and Facebook, and next month's plan shaped by retention and reach numbers rather than instinct. Three things this role needs Real knowledge of cars. Not casual familiarity. The right person understands why one owner in the bay wants something different than the last one, and can talk to a customer without guessing. The ability to make technical work watchable. These services aren't cheap and most people don't understand why. A clean car on camera sells nothing. The hours, the technique, and the person getting a panel gap right are what make someone stop and pay for it. Content that ranks. Knowing how discovery works on each platform, and being able to point at results. Track record matters more than credentials here. Software, degree, and years of experience are all negotiable. Those three are not. How to apply Send a resume and a reel, plus answers to three questions . A few sentences each. Describe something you've made about a technical or unglamorous process. What was the specific choice that kept it from being boring? Name a car channel that makes technical work compelling, and break down how they do it — techniques, not just results. Describe a video or post of yours that outperformed. What did you do before publishing that caused it, and how did you know it worked? Those answers get read before resumes do. Applications without them won't be reviewed . Humble Crew Auto Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
