Full Job Description Description:
Position Summary:
The Content and Education Manager develops and delivers high-quality educational programs and resources across in-person and digital platforms. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals through collaboration with the Director of Strategic Content and Programming and will report directly to the Chief Experience Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the organization's education and content strategy through program development and delivery. Create, edit, and maintain educational content, digital resources, and supporting materials. Coordinate speaker and content logistics for conferences, webinars, workshops, and online offerings. Identify and engage subject matter experts; manage scheduling and content preparation. Partner with the experience team to ensure accurate and timely content for promotion and member engagement. Introduce innovative training and content delivery methods. Monitor emerging member needs and resource gaps; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor's degree in meat/food science, education, communications or related field
Experience:
5+ years in association management, content development, educational programming, or meat industry. Understanding of adult learning and curriculum development. Proven experience managing digital and in-person learning initiatives.
Skills:
Detail oriented Organization Communications Collaborative Proficiency with learning management systems and digital content tools. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Other Requirements:
Full-time on-site presence in Arlington, VA. Occasional travel for conferences and events.
