Part-Time Short-Term Rental Assistant & Social Media Content Creator- Arlington, VA Stone Pine Partners Arlington, VA Job Details Part-time From $50 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Customer service Social media content Attention to detail Mobile devices Full Job Description Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time assistant to help manage a short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) property in Arlington, VA, and support the social media presence of our brokerage. This role blends hands-on property care with light creative content work- a great fit for someone local, personable, and comfortable being reachable during occasional evening hours for guest needs. Responsibilities Walk through the property before every guest check-in (typically 4:00 PM) and after every check-out (usually 11:00 AM) to confirm the space is guest-ready and flag any issues our cleaning team may have missed. Serve as an on-call point of contact for guests during evening hours, responding to urgent requests or needs during their stay. The employer lives in Europe most of the year, so the need for guest interaction is greatest from 5 pm on (11 pm in Europe). Capture photos and short videos of the local area for use in social media content. Help plan and post content to the brokerage's social media channels. What We're Looking For Based in or near Arlington, VA, with reliable transportation. Able to accommodate check-in/check-out windows (around 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM) and be reachable in the evenings for guest support. Comfortable taking photos/video on a smartphone with a good eye for content. Familiarity with social media platforms and posting content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Strong communication skills and quick responsiveness. Prior experience with Airbnb/short-term rental hosting, hospitality, or guest services is a plus, but not required.
