BRX Restaurant Group is looking for a creative, energetic, and self-driven Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to help grow the online presence of Mad Rooster Café and El Beso Mexican Restaurant. The ideal candidate has a strong creative side, understands what makes content fun and engaging, and can confidently take an idea from concept to completion. This position requires visiting our restaurant locations, capturing photos and videos, and creating content that reflects each brand's unique personality. Responsibilities Take high-quality photos and videos of food, drinks, employees, guests, events, and restaurant experiences Create fun, exciting, and engaging content for two different restaurant concepts Produce Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, and promotional content Build and maintain a monthly content calendar Maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media platforms Stay current with social media trends, popular sounds, and creative ideas Promote specials, events, new menu items, and the overall guest experience Write captions that match the voice and personality of each restaurant concept Coordinate with restaurant managers to plan and capture content Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly Track engagement and identify opportunities to grow our social media presence Visit restaurant locations in Milwaukee, Greenfield, and Kenosha as needed Qualifications Creative, outgoing, and comfortable working inside busy restaurants Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities with supervision Strong photography and video skills Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Comfortable appearing on camera or directing employees for content Familiar with photo and video editing applications Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines Restaurant, hospitality, or food photography experience is preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between restaurant locations Schedule This position requires a flexible schedule. Some evenings and weekends may be needed to capture restaurant events, busy periods, and special promotions.
