Position Overview We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Vendor Account Manager to manage and grow our Vendor (1P) accounts with major retail partners. This position will be responsible for day-to-day account management, sales performance, product assortment, inventory planning, pricing, promotions, purchase orders, and retailer communications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Vendor or first-party retail accounts, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will also work closely with our China-based team to coordinate product information, inventory, supply chain, pricing, marketing, and operational matters. Qualified candidates may be considered for employment-based visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of Vendor (1P) accounts with major e-commerce and retail partners, with a primary focus on Walmart. Serve as the main point of contact between Contixo and assigned retail partners, responding to requests and resolving account-related issues promptly and professionally. Develop and execute account strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and support the company's overall business objectives. Manage product setup, item content, pricing, cost updates, inventory availability, purchase orders, promotions, and product assortment. Monitor purchase orders, forecasts, fill rates, inventory levels, shipping performance, and other key account metrics. Review sales performance, account reports, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities, operational issues, and potential risks. Analyze underperforming products and develop appropriate pricing, promotional, content, inventory, or merchandising strategies. Identify top-performing products and apply successful strategies across other relevant product categories. Coordinate closely with the China-based product, supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of account requirements. Clearly communicate retailer requirements, deadlines, forecasts, product changes, and operational issues to internal teams in both the United States and China. Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure purchase orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time. Coordinate product launches, promotional programs, seasonal events, and marketing initiatives with retail partners and internal teams. Review account deductions, chargebacks, compliance issues, and performance penalties, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve disputes. Maintain accurate account records and provide regular sales, inventory, operational, and performance reports to management. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce Vendor (1P), retail, or national account relationships. Direct experience with Walmart Vendor Center, Retail Link, or similar first-party retail platforms is strongly preferred. Experience managing accounts with retailers such as Amazon Vendor Central, Target, Best Buy, The Home Depot, or Lowe's is a plus. Strong understanding of purchase orders, forecasting, inventory planning, pricing, promotions, deductions, chargebacks, and retailer compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-management, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and account-performance data. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and retailer requests. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams in different departments and time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or data-analysis tools. Experience with ERP, EDI, WMS, or retail account-management systems is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred due to frequent communication and coordination with our China-based team.
