Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and plan inventory flow from our warehouse into Amazon, Walmart, and other wholesale partners Forecast and plan reorder of products with oversea team in Asia Improve existing operations process including warehouse operations (shipping, packing, inbound, outbound) Ensure inventory is accurate within our warehouse Ensure inventory is accurate in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Run inventory/sales reports to enable better decision making for sales/marketing team Forecast future demand to ensure proper ordering and replenishment into various component of supply chain Support shipping function by creating shipping labels for daily shipments Optimize capacity of warehouse Qualifications and requirements: 3+ years eCommerce experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify) Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS)- (3+ years) Proven track records in improving e-commerce operations Highly Proficient with Excel or any data analysis tool Highly proficient with Microsoft suite
