E-commerce Operations Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce Operations Assistant to support day-to-day online store operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and understands the fundamentals of e-commerce. Duties Create and manage product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, images, pricing, and variants Manage and update products, inventory, and site content within Shopify Handle customer service inquiries via email in a timely, professional, and clear manner Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across systems Assist with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution Support general administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with Shopify (product listings, uploads, and order management) Strong written and verbal English and Vietnamese communication skills Ability to write clear, professional, and grammatically correct emails Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows and operations Experience with data entry and high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong typing and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience creating and optimizing product listings (titles, descriptions, formatting) Experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment Familiarity with customer service tools or help desk platforms Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
