Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Chinese Ecommerce Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Ontario, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, product data, pricing information, and structured processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The Ecommerce Specialist will support product setup, promotional submissions, pricing updates, and data accuracy for major retail partners. The role offers stability, hands-on training, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in e-commerce operations, retail data management, and vendor support. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, promotional, and SKU data using Excel and retailer-specific templates.
  • Prepare and enter new product, pricing, and promotion submissions for major retail partners.
  • Review product files to identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or incorrect information.
  • Verify submissions for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance with established templates.
  • Update product records including cost, retail price, dimensions, color, finish, specifications, and related details.
  • Support ongoing e-commerce product data, promotional updates, and deadline-driven retailer requirements. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Maintain and update product, pricing, and promotional data in Excel and standardized retailer templates.
  • Prepare product setup and promotion submission files for e-commerce and retail partners.
  • Review, compare, and validate SKU lists and product records for accuracy.
  • Support ongoing e-commerce data entry, order processing, and product information management activities.
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including sorting, filtering, copying data between spreadsheets, and working with templates.
  • Basic experience using XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to compare SKU and product lists and identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect information.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive, accuracy-focused tasks and large amounts of data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and retailer requirements.
  • Dependable, consistent, and comfortable working independently.
  • Bilingual English and Chinese for communication with overseas agents. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce operations, product data management, or retail operations.
  • Background in vendor support, merchant support, dropship, or direct fulfillment.
  • Experience working with major online or home improvement retailers such as large marketplace, retail, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with home improvement, consumer products, SKU management, pricing records, or product specifications. Required Qualifications and Skills
