Job Description

SUMMARY:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and growth-minded eCommerce Coordinator to manage and optimize our Shopify store while owning SMS and email marketing channels. This role is responsible for maintaining site operations, improving the customer journey, and driving revenue through retention strategies including email and SMS. You'll play a key role in turning traffic into conversion and repeat customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shopify Management Maintain and update the Shopify site including product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and collections Manage inventory updates and ensure accuracy across the site Upload and optimize product imagery and videos Monitor site performance and flag issues impacting conversion Site Optimization & Growth Identify opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rate, and average order value Assist in building landing pages, product pages, and promotional campaigns Bring forward ideas to improve site merchandising and overall performance Email Marketing (Klaviyo/Attentive or similar) Build and schedule email campaigns (launches, promotions, newsletters) Assist in developing automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) Write and/or support copy for emails aligned with brand voice Monitor performance metrics including open rate, click-through rate, and revenue SMS Marketing Manage SMS campaigns including promotional sends and automated flows Support list growth strategies and subscriber engagement Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and drives action Analytics & Reporting Track performance across Shopify, email, and SMS channels Provide weekly insights on revenue, conversion, and campaign performance Use data to recommend improvements and optimizations Content & Product Support Capture basic product photos or videos for Shopify as needed Work cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to align launches and promotions Support list growth strategies and subscriber engagement Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and drives action
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years experience with Shopify (required) Experience with email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred) Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and organization skills Basic understanding of eCommerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, etc.) Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
