Full Job Description Logistics and Ecommerce Assistant Job Type:
Full-Time, Entry-Level Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics and Ecommerce Assistant to join our apparel manufacturing team. This entry-level position plays a key role in coordinating the flow of purchase orders through our logistics and shipping process, while also supporting our ecommerce department with order entry and tracking. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with customers, and working closely with several managers to keep orders moving smoothly from purchase to delivery. No prior experience with our specific systems is required — full training will be provided on our internal ERP system and customer transportation portals. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Order Coordination Track buyer purchase orders and monitor associated delivery dates Monitor inventory levels of goods to determine when and which purchase orders are ready to be routed for shipment Enter and route purchase orders into customer transportation systems for order pickup scheduling Coordinate with multiple managers to align routing and shipping schedules Communicate with buyers (customers) regarding shipping questions, delivery concerns, and purchase order adjustments Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or delays between inventory availability and shipping timelines Ecommerce Support Enter and track ecommerce purchase orders Monitor ecommerce order status and follow up as needed to ensure timely fulfillment Support the ecommerce department with miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed General Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across logistics and ecommerce systems Support process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency in order tracking and routing Perform other duties as assigned to support both the logistics and ecommerce teams Qualifications Some college coursework or an associate's degree preferred Previous Data Entry, administrative, or general office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Comfortable working with data and tracking multiple orders/timelines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams Ability to prioritize and manage tasks across more than one department/manager Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Excel and Outlook Ability to quickly learn new order management software systems Prior experience with ERP systems, transportation/shipping portals, or ecommerce platforms is a plus, but not required — training provided Experience in the apparel or wholesale industry is a plus, but not required Must be authorized to work in the USA What We Offer Comprehensive training on internal systems and processes Exposure to both logistics/supply chain operations and ecommerce operations Opportunity to grow within the company Pay & Benefits
